PERFORMANCE FEATURES
Adiabatic expansion within a high-load device such as a concrete breaker. rapidly cools compressed air, resulting in water droplets that can scatter from the breaker's exhaust or can freeze in some areas during winter. But since the integrated After-Cooler cools, condenses and eliminates moisture in the compressed air, the discharged air from PDS-C contains only a small amount of water. This functionality proves its true value in chipping and sandblasting operations.
Do you have the following experiences ?
- Dirty due to water splash.
- Too hot to hold.
- Rust damages the air tools.
- Air bubbles in paint.
- Frozen and unable to move.
All are caused by moisture within the compressed air !
As the After-cooler cools and condenses the moisture in the compressed air, the discharged air contains only a small amount of water.
Quantity of water generated from the discharged air.
If the breaker is being used for 4 hours
